Vacancy - Deputy Housekeeping Manager
The Grand Hotel Scarborough, located in the town centre and built in 1863. The Grand Hotel Scarborough takes pride of place overlooking the town's picturesque harbour and South Bay. Your main duties would include:
Maintain Excellence:
Oversee the consistent cleanliness of all public areas, whilst working to our company standards.
Resource Coordination:
Order essential chemicals, equipment, and uniforms to keep our operations running smoothly.
Report Handling:
Ensure all housekeeping reports, including daily discrepancy reports, are accurately shared with relevant departments.
Interdepartmental Communication:
Liaise effectively with all internal departments including Reception and Maintenance, to ensure proper room allocations.
Staff Development:
Assist in training and developing all housekeeping staff to uphold our high standards.
