Role: The Deputy Manager - Healthcare Architect should have sufficient experience to handle Architectural and Interior design & detailing of Hospitals, clinics and other allied facilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Min 6 - + years of experience in healthcare projects, architecture and design.
Degree in Architecture.
Must have experience in healthcare/ hospitals/ clinic design and architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of drawings & presentation relevant to all stages of design & execution of a project, i.e., from Concept to Construction design including coordinated layouts.
Should read and apply relevant Building Bye-laws & other regulations like National Building Codes 2016, etc.
Preparation of accurate and appropriate Design and Detailed drawings for Hospitals and other allied facilities independently in consultation with Project Manager
Candidate Skills Required:
Proficient in Auto cad, Photoshop, Sketchup, MS PowerPoint, MS word, MS Excel
Should be able to develop various conceptual layouts & details for execution independently.
Should be able to contribute to design discussions and collaborate with team members on various projects.
Should be able to follow Specifications & BOQ for Architectural & Interior detailing of project.
Should possess good knowledge of current & relevant products and details in AEC industry.
Should be able to coordinate design with multi-disciplinary team of MEP & structural engineers, vendors, etc.
Should be able to take responsibility of entire project and deliver work with minimal supervision.
Should be ready to travel to site (in India) and monitor on-site work for satisfactory execution.
Should be a good team player and a dedicated professional.,
