Deputy Manager- BPO Bulk Hiring- 8+ years- Pune LOCATION: Pune Seeking a 8+ years experienced Manager to lead the recruitment for the BPO voice process division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition within the BPO industry, particularly in voice process hiring. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies and leading a team of recruiters. RESPONSIBILITIES • Developing and execute recruitment strategies for the BPO voice process division • Leading a team of recruiters to source, screen, and select qualified candidates • Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs • Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract candidates. • Monitoring recruitment metrics and analyze data for optimization • Liaising with Business stakeholders on hiring requirements & strategies REQUIREMENTS • 8+ years of recruitment experience in BPO, with a focus on voice processes • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master's preferred. • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals • Strong leadership and communication skills.
