• Introduced new concepts and products across luxury and premium product lines.
• Organized curated events, site visits, and plant tours for influential stakeholders.
• Ensured structured follow-up within 20 days post-event to drive conversion and lead closure.
• Conducted regular business meetings and tracked lead status across CRM pipelines.
• Delivered product updates and industry developments to design professionals.
• Ensured timely availability of technical literature, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
• Addressed and resolved queries/escalations in a timely manner with internal coordination.
