Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm.
Identify good channel partners in the market, connect on regular basis and promote our projects to them.
Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
Developing marketing amp; sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. Preparing weekly, monthly MIS of site walkins, client database.
Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close2 deals.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
BachelorsMaster degree amp; Minimum 3 years of experience into real estate sales industry.
Experience in full sales cycle including fixing appointment to deal closing.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Should be a good trainer and motivator
Dynamic amp; selfmotivated, resultoriented professional with a positive outlook amp; never give up attitude.
Structured and process oriented, zeal for multitasking amp; Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures.
