Deputy Manager – Global Compensation-8+ years-Bangalore
An exciting opportunity for a Global Compensation professional to join a dynamic HR Shared Services / Total Rewards team supporting global reward programs. In this role, you will work closely with HR leaders to drive compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, job architecture, and reward analytics. If you enjoy working with data-driven compensation strategies, global HR frameworks, and stakeholder advisory, this role offers the perfect platform to grow within a fast-paced global environment.
Location - Bengaluru, India

Responsibilities
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analysis using external compensation surveys and internal benchmarks.
• Participate in salary survey submissions and job benchmarking exercises.
• Support the implementation and administration of global compensation programs.
• Prepare compensation analytics, reports, and insights to support HR and business leaders.
• Maintain and manage the job architecture framework and job inventory across the organization.
• Ensure accurate creation and management of roles within HR systems while maintaining data integrity.
• Provide guidance to HR stakeholders on salary recommendations, promotions, and compensation changes.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation surveys.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret compensation data.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and compensation databases.
• Understanding of global compensation frameworks and reward practices.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandatory experience in team management (minimum 3 years).
