Experience - 12 Years

Industry - Person is from Punjab State will be preferable from Automotive/ Any.

Key Skills - Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to arranging local workers in Punjab, Recruitment and training of Workers - Unskilled / Skilled in the industries engaged in the manufacturing of the Sheet metal , welding and Auto Motive / Agriculture Implement.

Competencies - Recruitment of Workers & ability to resolve IR issues

Responsibilities - 1. Sourcing, Selection, Recruitment & training to workers.

2. Managing contract workers

3. Employee relation & Employee Welfare.

4. Handling worker grievances & redressal.

5. Payroll Management

6. Daily Manpower procurement, Attendance system & MIS.
