Responsibilities

1. Manpower planning & Budgeting

· Resource Identification

· Manpower requisition

· Recruitment & Selection process

· Coordination with vendor partners or external agencies

· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

2. HR Operations

· Onboarding & Joining formalities in coordination with vendor parties

· HR Induction & POSH Training

· Prepares employees by conducting orientation and training programs.

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the CATI Team

· Exit Management

· End to end employee life cycle

3. Employee Engagement

· Employee engagement activities planning & coordination

· Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction

4. Employee Grievance

· Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

5. Performance Management System

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Maintain pay plan and benefits program

· Oversee the employee benefits plan

6. Compensation & Benefits

· Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings

· Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

· Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management

7. Compliance

· Ensure legal compliance adherence at all times

· Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

8. MIS

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

· Prepare weekly/ monthly MIS reports

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

The essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties.

1. Qualifications

· Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field

2. Experience

· Min 3 - 5 years' experience in Human Resources

3. Skills required

· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

· Attention to detail and good judgement

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word

· Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale

· Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/S REQUIRED - MBA or any other equivalent degree

LOCATION - Vidyavihar (2 days), Dombivli (3 days)
