Position : Deputy Manager / Manager
Experience : 12+ years of experience

REPORTING TO: Deputy General Manager / Senior manager
Required skills: -
• Very good Knowledge of Excel & Experience in working under SAP and complete knowledge of SAP.
• Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
• Understanding of accounting, taxation, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS, GST and matter related to the finance and accounts.
• Good communications speaking and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills a must.
• Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Monthly Closing:
-
• Review all transactions and payment functions to ensure that they are complete and accurate
• Monthly Expense Analytics & preparing the summary with comparison
• Completion of procedure for monthly as well as quarterly, closing and follow to complete the task collectively within the timeline
• Accurate booking of the expenses and revenue in the books
• Scrutiny/ reconciliation of ledgers and accounts
• Timely closure of the books
B. MIS reporting: -
• Monthly Expenses summary reporting
• Revenue reporting
• Balance sheet related reporting A/R, A/P etc
C. Monthly Tax related compliance: -
• Preparing working of the TDS deposit and instructing the team for deposit of TDS
• Preparing monthly GST returns & filing
• Deposit of GST liability payable if any
D. Audit -
• Preparing the required working and arranging documents for the audit
• Communicating with the auditors for smooth closure of the audit
• Should have experience in handling Statutory , Internal, Tax audit, GST audit and IFC audit
E. Assessment: -
• Should have knowledge in handling tax related queries and reply ( GST/TDS/Sales tax )
• Should have handled GST refund and monthly/quarterly returns
• E-way bill reco. etc
