Production
• Controlling the overall Shop-Floor activity in terms of Production & machine Quality.
• Monitoring of Plan Vs Actual Production
• Manpower Management
• Awareness of Production Planning & Control
• Daily review and reporting of Production targets. Make corrective action and focus on process improvements
• Shift Scheduling for team members, make sure man and material is available for machine.
Productivity
• Line Balancing study and implementation for optimum output and Productivity improvement
Capacity planning
Study and analysis of Assembly operations for Layout and facility planning to achieve Capacity for Existing and New Products
Process Planning
Production Process Finalization: PFMEA /Process Sequence//Critical Process Control
Kaizen / Improvement Qty
