• 5+ years of project management experience in a reputed organisation

Job Summary:
• This result driven position is a pivotal point to various functions and requires leadership skills to effectively manage cross functional teams across the group and consequently catalyse the new product introductions.
• The successful candidate for this position must be self-propelled and innovative.
KRA"s:
• Project planning & controlling - work closely with various functions to take forward projects from concept to start of production.
• Manage the cross-functional teams in New Product Development and administer the stage gate process
• To develop tools and techniques to effectively monitor projects on critical parameters.
• Track & review - Plan vs Actual, foresee gaps & potential risks, escalate & take corrective actions to meet time, cost & quality targets
• Plan, manage and report status of projects to the broader organization and management.
• Stakeholders & Conflict Management
• Develop annual plans to support strategic initiatives of Product Planning, & Budgeting.
• Single point of contact for New Product Introduction process, responsible for its qualitative adherence, trainings and communication.
• Part player in further evolution and development of NPI process.

• Understanding of complete value chain & Business case
• Good Analytical & communication skills (written & spoken) & ability to develop alternatives to resolve issues
• Excellent command on MS power point & other updated tools
