Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality, innovative applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Participate in the software development life cycle, including modeling, simulation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Ensure application quality and adherence to performance requirements.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Pega CSSA certification with at least 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Pega PRPC and system architectures.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate effectively.
• Proven track record in software development, system architecture, and security champion roles.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CDH real time APIs and decisioning artifacts.
• Experience with Pega CDH Framework with a focus on dataflow and process flows.
• Knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks, including SAFe Agile.
