Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: • Would be responsible for training of SME Operations team on New Products Policies and Processes. • Adherence to procedures and guidelines. Ensure tight controls on processes and policies. • Ensure completeness of SME Disbursement process documents. • Responsible for Mortgages QDP and DI for unsecured cases from branches. • Responsible for Collateral documents custody at branch & dispatch to centralized Ops. • Implement robust delivery model. Identify process gaps and ensure implantation of process controls with adequate controls on cost. • Would be responsible for managing verification agencies on a day today basis.
