• Deputy National Lead - Credit Operations
Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities:
• Would be responsible for training of SME Operations team on New Products Policies and Processes.
• Adherence to procedures and guidelines. Ensure tight controls on processes and policies.
• Ensure completeness of SME Disbursement process documents.
• Responsible for Mortgages QDP and DI for unsecured cases from branches.
• Responsible for Collateral documents custody at branch & dispatch to centralized Ops.
• Implement robust delivery model. Identify process gaps and ensure implantation of process controls with adequate controls on cost.
• Would be responsible for managing verification agencies on a day today basis. Ensure best of quality and adherence to TAT.
• Would be responsible for monthly processing of vendors bills.
• Closely interact and work with SME Underwriting and Sales team.
• Would be responsible for managing SME Operations and delivering best in class process and controls.
• Would be responsible for End to End SME Branch Operations team and processes. Ensure delivery within agreed SLA across all SME businesses. Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Should have 8-10 years’ experience with minimum 3 years managing branch operations
• Should be a post-graduate preferably.
• Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.
