Job Purpose

The Purpose Of This Role Is

•  to process & monitor monthly payroll, F & F settlements & other benefits like company car scheme, NPS, etc.

•  responsible to handle Internal & External, Quarterly & Annual audits

•  managing various data requirements & reports for various stakeholders

•  exploring Automation & process improvement areas

Duties And Responsibilities

•  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

(Accountabilities associated with the job)

•  Monitoring and reviewing the payroll process for all on roll employees with 100% accuracy & timely disbursement.

•  Ensuring correct taxation, PF and other statutory deductibles from the salary before processing.

•  Handling processes like employee loan eligibility, Fortnightly salary, Money on Call payouts, NPS, etc.

•  Managing all requests related to company car & related reimbursements.

•  Ensuring timely release of all types of salary advance and Full & Final settlements, etc.

•  To ensure Form 12BB, Form 16 and others tax related documents are processed for employees.

•  Managing end-to-end Investment declaration, proofs submission & verification process.

•  Ensuring closure of any Internal or External audits or inspections.

•  Resolving HR queries related to payroll, benefit, investment declaration & other benefits.

•  Constantly reviewing payroll & related processes for automation & improvement areas.

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

•  Qualifications

 MBA - HR / Finance or equivalent.

 Candidates with taxation and compliance certification would be preferred.

•  Work Experience

 Min 5 years in managing India Payroll for a large organization.
