Looking for a leader to work and lead projects in sheet metal stamping innovation and development.
Responsibilities
1. Design Tool and Develop new product. (End to End operation)
2. Reconditioning, Detailing, facing of Tool Die.
3. R&D for production improvement.
4. Adhere and Maintain Quality of product and Plant.
5. Troubleshooting during setting or running parts.
6. Manage Tool Room activities, get the job done.
7. Train man power in the tool room.
8. Manage Tool Die stock, Tool maintenance before loading and after unloading.
+. Assure product quality and setting target to minimize scrap.
10. Coordinate between Tool Room and Shop Floor.
11. Tool Room operation, programing etc. (CNC)
12. Maintain and improve 5s and daily operation of the shop floor and tool room.
13.Follow Company Code of Conduct
