Heading Multiple Branches through remote Management. Responsible for Team Performance towards achieving Branch, Course and team Target
Managing Team with their inbound enquiries, counseling, sales follow-up, registration process, after sales process such as training/exam/result. Handling candidate grievances and queries.
Working on team conversion ratio, add-on course registrations and consistency level
Language: English, Hindi, Tamil (Hindi is mandatory)
