Deputy School Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed individual sales targets for schools.
2. Engage with school principals and management to introduce and promote tourism programs.
3. Collaborate with leaders of school groups to onboard tourism as an official adventure/travel partner.
4. Represent tourism services at school-related events, conferences, and professional organizations.
5. Build, manage, and mentor a dedicated school sales team to expand outreach and engagement with targeted schools.
6. Assist the operations team during camps to ensure seamless execution of programs.
7. Record and track daily sales activities using CRM, CDIS, and other digital tools.
8. Provide round-the-clock support to both clients and the internal team.
+. Organize, maintain, and regularly update all necessary records and documentation.
10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including new updates as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. At least 3 years of experience in sales targeting schools (preferably in the tourism or travel industry).
2. A postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management.
3. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. A goal-driven, sales-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
