Role: Deputy Vice President - Marketing

Job Responsibilities
• To help brand achieves it business objectives by providing insight driven marketing solutions & communications for individual and group business verticals
• end to end marketing for institutional business from client acquisition, engagement renewal
• Leverage data driven marketing for institution business, drive client member engagement and help measure and improve customer experience in this business vertical
• Help agency channel acquire & activate life advisor / partners through superior marketing content and campaign leveraging technology/ Digital platforms & other marketing collaborations
• Provide Marcom support for distribution communications requirements for R&R, activations, incentives/ schemes and help improve seller’s NPS by providing marketing solution
• New product positioning, product launch and various product focused content to help business sell well
• Help organisation with new partnership launches / relaunch, sales building marketing collaterals and campaigns and other Marcom support to Alternate business / bancca channel
• Spearhead distribution MarTech sales building initiative including campaign management through UPSHOT, B2B2C content management on SMARTSELL, LEADGEN calculator
• Be the custodian of Kotak Life brand & ensure all communications are compliance approved and aligned to group marketing guidelines
• Keep a track of budgets and expense, impact created by marketing interventions and competition activities & ensure full adherence to SoP
• Must have experience in BFSI
