Responsibilities :
- Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations of business to ensure smooth progress.
- Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Manage processes and coordinate with other departments for better business opportunities.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction / customer excellence.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Revise and/or formulate operational policies and promote their implementation through the operations.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
- Have open sessions with teams to understand limitations and implement better business practices.
- Maintain operational TAT (Turn Around Time) for responses and issue resolutions.
- Maintain operational Quality so that Customer Excellence quotient is high.
Requirements :
- Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry.
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success.
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (Customer Service, Vendor Management, Client Management, Promotional Campaigns, etc
