Qualifications
Looking for design enthusiasts with a flair for creativity, a passion for interiors, and a desire to make a mark in the industry. The following qualifications are essential for this role:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Interior Design, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects. We welcome candidates who excel in translating design concepts into real-world solutions.
• Strong knowledge of design software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, PPT, Vray, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients. Collaborative effectiveness with team members is crucial.
• Strong attention to detail, enabling effective project management across multiple endeavors simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations, as well as construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Welcome and consult with clients, architects, and designers visiting the Experience Centre; document design requirements and preferences accurately.
• Guide clients through product selection, present design concepts, and finalize designs; ensure client satisfaction through detailed consultations and mood board approvals.
• Stay updated on luxury furniture trends, propose design enhancements, and contribute to innovation strategies through research and brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate with sales and Head Office teams to translate client-approved designs into final products; ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and project progress; utilize ERP systems for accurate data entry and reporting.
• Provide ongoing client communication during order execution, oversee material verification and installation coordination, and gather feedback post-installation for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior designers on client interaction, product knowledge, and design processes to support their professional development within the company.
