Role Summary:
10 to 15 LPA
This is a design focused role, including floor plan design, interior design, and exterior design, for premier residential apartments
Other architects on the team are responsible for design development, detailing, and project management
Our office is based in RK Salai, Mylapore, Chennai, with projects based in Central Chennai
• Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts for floor plans, elevations, and interior designs
- Collaborate with internal team of 10+ senior and junior architects, and visualizers, to develop and detail your concepts
- Manage relationship with key clients, understanding and implementing their design requirements
- Research and deepen knowledge of design practices, materials, resources, and trends in the industry
• Desired Profile:
- Fascinated by architectural and interior design, and would enjoy accomplishing and advancing in the field
- Refined design sense, creative flair, and desire to deliver high quality output
- Technical knowledge and skills pertaining to architectural and interior design; communication and problem solving skills
- Exhibit and develop their technical, personal, and inter-personal skills, including design, best practices, creative thinking, critical thinking, and communication
- Express themselves, put ideas on the table, and turn them into reality
- Work along with a vibrant team of over 10 architects
- Gain exposure to the industry and needs of a diverse client base
- Influence and be part of the firm’s growth

• Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
