In Design & Execution Management, we employ tried-and-tested techniques and methods developed from extensive ground experience. Based in Pune, we cater to pan-India projects and selectively offer services internationally.
• Job Description
We seek a full-time Design Architect for an in-office role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing Industrial / Commercial Design & construction projects that meet client needs and expectations. This involves collaborating closely with project managers, Allied Services engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Regular travel for site visits will be required from our Pune headquarters.
• Key Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated Architecture and Architectural Design expertise
• Proven experience in architecture with a focus on design and project management
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Industrial / Commercial / Institutional Architecture & Interior Design/ Detailing
