2. Openness in learning, Flexibility in Multi-tasking, and Risk appetite
3. Educational qualification in Graphics design | Architecture draftsman | 3D graphics | any architecture design related course | Planting Design | Environment Design | BIM modeler | B. Arch | M. Arch
4. Auto CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft (word, excel, PowerPoint).
5. Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe apps.
6. Strong Written & Oral Communication skills
• *Work Experience: Minimum Zero**:

• *Primary Task**:
+ Developing concepts and schematic layouts for landscape design.
+ 3d modelling and rendering as required for design packages.
+ Efficient assistance to Design Associate.
+ Vendor/contractor/site/client team coordination.
+ Analyzing and inferring collected data.
+ Contribute in DesignScript©.
+ Conduct site visits under guidance of DA.
+ Attend meetings and conferences as a ‘Newarcher’.

+ On Time submission / Punctuality
+ Quality of work [One Time production]
+ 190mHR per Month
+ Active contribution
+ Possession of Newarch® Badges
+ Teamwork and coordination
