Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Design Associate to join our team at Ufinity Ventures Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and updating design playbooks incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
• Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals.
• Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion.
• Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
• Support implementation of SOPs and version control.
• Flag deviations and escalate unresolved design issues.
• Review submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans.
Growth Alignment:
This role acts as the central engine driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across our expansion strategy.
Reporting & Collaboration:
You will report to the Head of Design and partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
