Job description

Location: Dwarka, Delhi (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Stipend: Based on skills & availability

Embrell is looking for a motivated and creative Graphics & Video Editing Intern to support our visual content creation across digital platforms. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with our creative and marketing teams, contributing to the design and editing of engaging content that reflects Embrell’s luxury and minimalist identity.

You’ll gain real-world experience in creating branded visuals and short-form videos for social media, product pages, campaigns, and more—all while building a strong portfolio with a fast-growing luxury jewelry brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing visual content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other digital platforms in line with our brand aesthetic.

• Edit short videos and reels that tell compelling product or lifestyle stories using raw footage, music, and motion graphics.

• Support product shoot edits including color correction, background clean-up, and basic retouching.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute design ideas and video concepts.

• Help maintain our content library by organizing and tagging digital assets.

• Stay updated on trending design styles, editing techniques, and platform-specific content formats.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).

• Good sense of aesthetics, layout, and storytelling.

• A good eye for color, typography, and transitions that match luxury brand vibes.

• Enthusiastic learner with a growth mindset, willing to receive and apply feedback.

• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver work within deadlines.

• Portfolio or sample work (college/personal projects are welcome).

About the role

We are seeking a Design Associate with strong capabilities in end-to-end video production, as well as experience in animation and graphic design. You will conceptualise, plan, and produce multimedia content that brings Samagra’s work to life, highlighting impact & storytelling key milestones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing multimedia content that communicates the impact of Samagra’s programs with state governments. This role offers high ownership, steep professional learning and growth, and a unique chance to work at the intersection of design, governance, and social impact.

You will report to the Design Coordinator and work closely with various teams across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Video Production (Primary Responsibility)

• Develop storylines and storyboard concepts across Samagra’s programs and initiatives using Google Sheets & Slides, MS PowerPoint, and Canva

• Plan and execute on-ground video shoots, including scripting, direction, and cinematography

• Independently manage post-production workflows: editing, sound design, colour correction, and integration of animation/motion graphics into the video using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects

• Collaborate with teams to produce content for high-stakes launches, stakeholder presentations/meetings, and public campaigns

Graphic Design (Need basis secondary responsibility)

• Design layouts for reports, playbooks, toolkits, manuals, and publications for internal and external communications using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva

• Support firm’s outreach with content for social media: carousels, infographics & short-form videos

• Support any additional design requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Video Production, or a related field

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in video production, visual communication, or a design-related field

• A video-focused portfolio showcasing end-to-end production skills

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

• Familiarity with Figma and other digital design tools is a plus
