About the Job

• The successful candidate will develop and implement design concepts, including color schemes, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, based on client preferences.

• You will work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and create 2D and 3D models of design concepts using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

• Presenting design concepts and plans to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed, demands effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Overseeing the implementation of designs, including vendor management and project coordination, requires strong leadership and project management skills.

• Collaboration with other designers and team members is essential to ensure project success.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and applying them to design concepts and plans is critical.

• Participating in trade shows and networking events helps build relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Maintaining detailed project records and reporting progress to senior management is crucial.

Essential Skills:
