Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their vision, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Create and present pitch presentations, mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, material boards, and design concepts.
• Assist clients in selecting furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the overall design.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent is carried through execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, materials, and innovations.
• Provide detailed documentation of design specifications and selections.
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication, regular follow-ups, and attention to detail.
• Support sales by offering expert advice during design presentations and walkthroughs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in interior design or design consultancy roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, or other 3D visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality design solutions.
