Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial)
As a highly skilled Architect, you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. You will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project.
Your primary focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients. This involves developing comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations. You will apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts
• Apply exceptional conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to communicate design ideas
• Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications
• Create realistic renderings and animations to enable clients to visualize the design concept
• Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and compliant designs
• Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop, and Enscape
• Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
• Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
• Flexibility to manage concurrent projects
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
• Proven experience in workplace interior design
