Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer with Potential Engineering located in Navi Mumbai. The Design Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including but not limited to mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), electrical engineering, and product design.
Qualifications
Ø Designing new engineering products and processes and ensure manufacturing accordingly;
Ø Preparation of GAD, MFG Drawing, BOM, 3D model, installation model, part drawings, Prototype and Final manufacturing booklet
Ø Assessing product usability and safety, Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards and user- and environment-friendly
Ø Ensuring accuracy in design, calculations, labelling and completeness of drawings in all aspects.
Ø Analysing existing products and identifying scope of improvement in the same in line with the inputs from Product Managers and HoDs.
Ø Researching and designing new ideas for equipment and systems.
Qualification & Skill Set:
Ø Degree in Mechanical engineering.
Ø Proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD
Ø Proficiency in MS Office.
Ø Analytical and numeracy skills.
Ø Creative problem-solving ability.
Ø An eye for detail and a methodical work process.
Ø Work Experience Required:- 3 - 5 Years
