Job Description
We require a seasoned design engineer with a strong background in uPVC/PVC designing and extrusion technology.
Responsibilities
• Understanding market requirements for new designs of Windows profiles, feasibility against required specification with Design calculations, Simulation, process standards.
• Generation of 3D, 2D Drawings of mold/tooling in confirmity with technical specification and design standards.
• Knowledge of screw extrusion process, machinery and extrusion dies for uPVC profiles extrusion, plastics welding.
• Preparing technical specifications, drawings and development schedules for the development of new extrusion profiles.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
• CAD experience
• Knowledge of PVC/uPVC designing and extrusion.
• Proficient in Solid works
• Strong organisational and communication skills
