Designation-Hardware Controls Design Engineer
Experience- 3 to 5 years
Location - Bangalore
Job Description:
• 3-5 Years of Experience in project execution for Control Panel Designing.
• Should have experience on Electrical Design in Auto-CAD software, Electrical E-CAD, Eplan electric.
• Ability to identify and measure the hardware scope of the project.
• Design of the PLC, MCC, LT, HT, APFCR panel drawing.
• Hands on experience on AutoCAD Electrical (Drafting speed, Automatic BOM generation, Auto wire tagging, Auto-cross-referencing, Intelligent Symbol Building)
• Must be able to do the initial Engineering and draw the Singe Line Diagrams.
• Have knowledge on releasing of the Drawing & BOM
• Ability to design of SLD, PD, Schematics and TB diagrams of the PLC Panel, System Cabinet, marshalling Cabinet, Network Cabinet.
• Ability to design the control panel as per the given environmental specifications (Hazardous area requirements)
• Ability to select the components & design control panel per required Third party certification.
• Must be able to design the appropriate Panel layout.
• Must be ability to do BOM Obsollation of components activities.
• High level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management.
• Globally Projects should be executed like Middle East, NA, SA region projects.
• Associated with Middle East, NA, SA regional Customers.
