Job Description
Responsible for final inspection for machining components and casting samples.
Process development and improvement.
New part model inspection
Rejection and hold clearance.
Making sure that the quality related complaints are investigated and resolved.
Find route cause of customer complaints.
Develop riser design for ci and sg casting and simulation.
Making 2d and 3d design.
Making a match plate design according to number of pattern cavity.
Making a gating and running design according to casting and material flow rate.
Fixture design acc to machine shop.
