We're hunting for a RARE unicorn who crafts stunning Figma designs AND builds them in React at pixel-perfect production quality. Obsessed with dark glassmorphism, micro-interactions, and interfaces that scream Linear or Vercel? This is your dream role in AI-powered EdTech.
Building next-gen education tools for premium institutions—think AI book creators, cinematic websites, and dashboards that wow. No more "typical Indian EdTech" vibes.
What You'll Design & Ship:
AI book platform: Streaming text, interactive editors, cover designers
Futuristic edu websites: Dark mode, glassmorphism, 3D heroes, cinematic scrolls
CRM dashboards: Data viz, beautiful forms
Shared design system (Figma + React library)
Landing pages, marketing sites, microsites
Your Superpowers (Must-Haves):
3–6 yrs as Design/UI Engineer or Frontend Dev with elite design chops
Figma expert: Auto-layout, components, variants, tokens, prototypes
React/Next.js/Tailwind pro: Design it, code it, deploy it
Framer Motion master: Micro-ixns, transitions, scrolls, loaders
Killer portfolio: Figma files + LIVE React demos
AI tools daily: Cursor, v0.dev, Galileo AI
Pixel-obsessed: Spacing, type, color perfection
Nice-to-Haves: 3D (Three.js/Spline/R3F), Lottie/Rive, motion graphics
