Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience in machine design, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
· Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
· Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and project management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilitiesss
1. Design and Development:
o Design new machinery and components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
o Modify existing designs to improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
o Create detailed drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for manufacturing.
2. Prototyping and Testing:
o Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.
o Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to designs.
o Collaborate with testing teams to ensure machinery meets safety and performance standards.
3. Project Management:
o Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
o Coordinate with other departments (manufacturing, procurement, quality) to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
o Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals and maintenance guides.
4. Problem Solving:
o Identify and troubleshoot design issues during the manufacturing process.
o Implement corrective actions to resolve design flaws or production challenges.
5. Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
o Stay updated with the latest engineering standards and technologies.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
o Provide input for the development of new products and innovations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
