Job description Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresher). Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of automotive components using sound mechanical engineering principles. Sound knowledge of using CAD tools for Conceptual Design and R&D Projects. Executes on aspects of mechanical design engineering � material selection criteria, failure modes, evaluation methods (hand calculations & finite element analysis) with some guidance. Work with the project team to execute projects on time. Create and update the database of design records for the future. Read and understand 2D drawings and 3D models. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, tools and methods are also required. An individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills and good communication. Adds value through innovation, process improvements and clear thinking. Understands & appreciates tasks & their relation to overall project scope.
