Job Summary
• This role requires working on design and developement of new products while working closely with application engineering, sales, suppliers, and manufacturing personnel.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, change control and productionization) for capital equipment product lines and subassemblies
• Maintain Bill of Materials, work instructions and assembly drawings in parallel to each other
• Provide Technical assistance to sales and service personnel
Key Skills
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools
• Knowledge of hydraulic symbols, circuit, and schematic (preferred)
• Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, fluid dynamics, materials science etc.
• Hands-on technical experience with fabrication, mechanical assembly, hydraulic assembly, and wiring is a plus
• Organizational & Troubleshooting skills
• MS Office

Required Experience and Qualifications
Education:
• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related science/engineering field
Experience:
• 1-year of combined work-experience (preferred)
