Job Description
2-7 years of experience of working in product development / R&D of LV switchgear domain.
• Hand on experience of Cad software like Creo,NX, PLM,SAP.
• Experience in competetior tear downs and benchmarking for electrical switchgear products.
• Demonstrated experience on design& development of Low voltage switchgear products like switchgear products like Circuit breakers, Switch disconnectors, MCCB,RCD / RCBO / MCB or related product line.
• Exposed to full product life cycle (scoping,feasibility,detailed design,product validation,manufacturing,estabilishment).
• Detailed understanding of IEC / IS construction requirements and design needs.
• Experience in conducting tests at external laboratories ERDA,UL and International.
• Manufacturing knowledge of Sheetmetal,plastics,stamping,molding,machine,casting & assembly processes and tooling.
• Good knowledge on materials- ferrous & non ferrous metal, plastics,elastometers.
• Demonstrated experience in team,conflict and stakeholder management.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
