JOB SUMMARY
The primary objective of the Engineering Manager is to lead and supervise team of engineers
working across multiple product lines. Engineering Manager is required to answer technical
queries, train and develop the team members and to work with other departments to ensure
smooth execution of the project.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices in Engineering, planning vision,
strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid an improve operational performance.
· Provide technical inputs to bids for new business and facilitate successful outcomes.
· Contribute to new business initiatives & projects and review & communicate the impact on
engineering activities.
· Implement processes for data management and proper coordination with other departments.
· Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators for each area of responsibility.
· Collaborate with Sales, Purchase and Production to create new products.
