Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and experienced Design Head to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and execution of design projects, ensuring creative excellence, functional practicality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design team, including architects, interior designers, and visualizers.
• Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements and company standards.
• Review, critique, and approve design deliverables (layouts, mood boards, presentations, working drawings).
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and execution teams for seamless implementation.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and provide design consultation as required.
• Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and architecture.
• Establish and maintain design SOPs, quality guidelines, and design documentation standards.
• Mentor and nurture creative talent within the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, or retail projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualities:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven design environment.
• Passion for design innovation and sustainable practices.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
