Responsibilities
This role involves anticipating and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure projects stay on track
Develop and execute annual business plans and manage both plans and budgets
Coordinate design activities within the team while collaborating with cross-functional groups such as purchasing, quality assurance, manufacturing, and sales
Serve as the technical leader and project manager for major development projects, overseeing key processes, reports, and data analysis
Develop and maintain product standards, training systems, and best practices, ensuring consistency across product lines Implement or maintain a product data management system that integrates with ERP systems and complies with ISO +001 standards
Work with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams to monitor and improve processes, ensuring new product development meets required standards
Review operations and align them with sales planning and engineering needs
Oversee the monitoring of project progress, including expenditure records, research findings, and staff conferences, to keep management informed
Direct the review of production costs and product quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain profitability
Evaluate product non-conformance and recommend design modifications
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical development for the team
Support the Quality Management System in line with company standards

What You Will Do

What You Have to Offer
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in relevant engineering disciplines.

7+ years of leadership experience.
Willingness to work onsite and travel occasionally (10-30%).
