🔍 Position: Design Manager
🛠️ Experience: 6+ years
🎓 Education: Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
💼 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Design Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and innovate design strategies aligned with business goals
• Keep the team updated on latest design trends and technologies
🔹 Project Management
• Oversee multiple design projects across locations
• Ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget
🔹 Team Management
• Mentor and develop a strong team of designers and project leads
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Interact with clients to present and refine design solutions
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship
🔹 Operational Excellence
• Implement design SOPs and monitor resource allocation
• Align cross-functional departments with design goals
🔹 Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, codes, and industry standards
• Maintain highest quality in both aesthetics and functionality
🔑 What You Need to Succeed
✔ Strong leadership & team-building skills
✔ Deep expertise in residential
✔ Hands-on project and stakeholder management
✔ Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite
✔ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
