Concept development for the given industrial automation requirement and develop a detailed design for the approved concepts, DAP preparation – Design Approval Plan
• Design validation & calculations, Material selection & Standard bought out selection
• Manufacturing drawing preparation & bill of materials preparation
• Assembly drawing preparation, Project estimation & costing preparation
• Knowledge on design Software such as Solid Works, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Visual Components
• Support the engineering team for project trials, prove-outs & final installation.
• Ability to analyse, create and troubleshoot designs.
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical, Automobile, Diploma in Mechanical
• Should have 12+ years of experience in relevant field with experience in project management & team handling.
• Sound knowledge in the above specified 2D & 3D CAD software.
• Simulation software will be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of factory / industrial automation systems.
• Under minimal supervision, be technically responsible and accountable for assigned work.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and statistical analysis skills.
• Candidates from design experience of Special Purpose machine or Robotic automation or Machine designs or Jigs & Fixtures etc. are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per day
