Lucid Consulting Australia is looking for a Design Manager to join our Perth team, working on complex Defence projects. This role is ideal for an aspiring design professional eager to step into a role overseeing the coordination and delivery of innovative engineering solutions.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements while aligning with client expectations. About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Continuous technical development in line with expanding opportunities and capability within the sector, innovation, and ongoing personal professional development
Design Manager and / or Consultant Representative for active Defence projects. These roles would include management of both internal and/or sub-consultant teams.
Maintaining and building upon our existing Defence client network to secure opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying technical requirements, CAPEX values and phases of the project lifecycle at one time.
Capability to undertake feasibility assessments of works to ensure project scope and budget are understood and sufficient prior to project engagement.
Experience writing and reviewing scope of works, project reporting and other technical documentation.
