Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance manufacturability of product designs
• Establish and maintain DFM guidelines for cost-effective product development
• Assist in selecting cost-effective, high-quality materials
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities for improved efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance component designs, reducing costs
• Collaborate with the prototyping team to align prototype methods and materials with production processes
Who Can Apply
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field (master's degree preferred)
• 2 -5 years of experience in product design, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturing industry-specific regulations and standards will be preferred
