As a Design Principal your key Responsibilities will be:
Lead business development initiatives, leveraging and forging new connections in the residential market
Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction
Manage and mentor a team of talented architects and designers
Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth in the Australian market
Collaborate with international offices to share knowledge and best practices
As a Design Principal you will require the following qualifications:
Master's degree in Architecture
10-15+ years of experience in architectural practice (may be flexible for exceptional candidates
Strong business development skills and local connections are essential for this role. Therefor extensive local experience in this role is required
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Extensive experience in residential architecture across multi-residential or high-rise residential projects
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various project scales
Excellent leadership and team management skills
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a globally recognised practice, with excellent prospects for career growth and professional development. A Director role is also on offer down the track once you have settled into the studio.
