Space Planning & Design: Contribute to the design process by focusing on workplace consultancy, space planning, and delivering top-notch project designs. You'll translate client needs into innovative and effective design solutions.
# Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process. You'll provide expert advice and manage expectations to ensure project success.
# Project Collaboration: Work closely with commercial managers and estimators, thinking creatively to ensure designs are feasible, within budget, and delivered on time.
# Revit Expertise: Utilise your advanced skills in Revit to produce detailed and accurate design documentation, ensuring all projects meet industry standards and client requirements.
# Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure that designs are being implemented as planned.
# Reporting: You will report to the Creative Manager and Senior Technical Designer, who will provide guidance and support as needed.
Experience: Proven experience in commercial office fitouts with a strong portfolio. A background in space planning is essential.
Revit Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
