Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Interior Designer to take charge of designing and delivering exceptional interior spaces for our clients. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing innovative design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• To spearhead the sales process by driving sales closures and managing the sales funnel
• To provide unparalleled customer service throughout each project, ensuring complete satisfaction
• To lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, meeting the highest standards
• To oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 15 years of academic education and relevant diploma or graduation degree
• At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Advanced knowledge of design software, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD
• Proven expertise in various design disciplines, including conceptual design, technical design, and civil works & services
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to create detailed BoQs and coordinate with stakeholders
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with a track record of successful sales closures
