Design Specialist

As a Java Developer at WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java.
- Create robust RESTful APIs and back-end logic.
- Work with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Integrate and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Build and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Write clean, testable code and perform thorough unit testing using JUnit or TestNG.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers.
- Participate in code reviews, follow best coding practices, and document your work.
- Use Git for version control and team collaboration.

Qualifications required for this role include:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Java backend development.
- Strong grasp of Core Java and OOP concepts.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiar with version control using Git.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

In addition, it would be beneficial to have the following:
- Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
- Awareness of secure coding practices.
