Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Studio Manager cum Interior Designer to manage our studio and handle clients while designing and delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors for our clients. As the Studio Manager cum Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio and leading the design team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs while ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Studio: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio. This will include managing the team, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.
Design and Deliver Projects: You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design interiors that meet their requirements. You will manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that the final product is functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Client Management: You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing client relationships. You will handle client inquiries, provide guidance, and address any concerns they may have.
Team Management: You will manage the design team and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively. You will provide guidance and support to the team to ensure that they are delivering high-quality work.
Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field is required.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, project management, and client management is required.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and other design software is required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· Strong leadership, team management, and client management skills are essential.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and outside of the box is essential.
